We make use of only the best A2 Milk to produce our 'Bilona' A2 Ghee. Following traditional vedic texts & methods, we let the calves drink as much milk as they require & only milk what’s left. Created on a made to order basis, the milk is brought to a boil and churned for hours to produce only the best quality of A2 Ghee.

Gavyam's process of
making A2 Ghee
For milk production, we adopt 'Only Desi Cows' like Gir, Sahiwal. Our cows produce 6-8 litre milk per day.
Respecting traditional vedic texts & methods, we let the calves drink as much milk as they require & only use the milk that’s left.
The fresh milk is brought to a boil and naturally cooled down to room temperature. Fun Fact - Around 30 litres of A2 milk is used to produce 1 litre of nutrition-rich Gavyam's A2 Ghee.
The curd is slowly churned clockwise and anti-clockwise with the Bilona by hand for hours.
We ensure that only earthen pots are used at every stage while preparing the A2 Cow Ghee to protect its nutrient values.
The A2 Cow Ghee is free of any added preservatives and chemicals which makes it completely organic & healthy.
